New Hall of Fame for Northern Ontario

The biggest shopping mall in Northern Ontario is the new home to the Northern Ontario Country Music Hall of Fame. At the official opening at Station on Saturday. The site will feature portraits of 43 Northern Opry and 23 Hall of Fame inductees, souvenir merchandise and archival materials .
The grand opening also featured a couple live acts including Steve Roussain, Steve Skagen, Bob Nelson and Lou and Loretta Pilon (from Blind River). It will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information on the hall of fame, log on to
